This is a private furnished room that comes with a queen-size purple mattress and bed frame, a wood dresser, ample closet space, vanity and an ottoman/shoe storage. The room gets a lot of natural light and has a ceiling fan with lights. As a tenant you will have access to the shared areas of the house including the 1 full bathroom, 1 half bath, the living room, dining room, kitchen and basement. We have two very friendly cats and are open to pets upon discussion; cats preferred. Cost includes utilities (bge, internet, water).
