The upper level has another master with en-suite as well as a loft with a sleeper sofa. The lowest level of the house is the perfect spot for a group. A separate bedroom, a pull out sofa, pool table, and even a mini-fridge. Laundry and a full bathroom are also on the lowest level. One car garage, a hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens are on the property.
Tenants are responsible for shoveling, gas, and electricity. Included with rent is cable, internet, water, sewer, plowing, and trash, tv, and internet. Water, sewer, hot tub maintenance are included in the monthly rent.
